I have written several reviews on several different kinds of strollers and I can safely say that you’re in for a treat. When it comes down to it, all strollers are based on the same criteria: design, comfort, movability, durability, etc. Spoiler alert, the Graco Ready2Grow Click Connect LX Stroller excels in all of the above criteria. So, without further ado, it’s time for me to break down why I love this stroller.
It’s Very Easy to Use
To me, it’s clearly obvious that Graco was trying to make their stroller as easy as possible for you to use. I think they accomplished this feat with flying colors. Being a double stroller, it’s designed to hold two children and it’s very easy to get them in and out. Also, it’s compatible with Graco’s SnugRide Click Connect infant car seats. In other words, you can hold two infant car seats at once. As the difficulty of handling two babies’ doubles, keeping this process simple is a huge bonus.
I think my favorite word in the English dictionary (at least, when it comes to products) is versatile. When products are versatile, it makes them immensely more efficient. To accommodate all of your children, from infants to youth, there are an astonishing 12 different seating options available. What’s so cool about the rear seat, in specific, is that it can be removed. This gives you easy access to the bench seat, while also allowing one of your children to stand on the rear platform. The rear seat also has the “Face Time” feature. I don’t know if that is the technical name for it, but I digress. Anyway, this makes it possible for you to interact with your child while strolling.
Smooth and Comfortable Journey
No matter what you do in life, you never want your kids to be in pain (unless your grounding them). You will take great pleasure when I tell you that the Ready2Grow stroller will keep both of your children comfortable. Firstly, it features a multi-position reclining front seat that will go as far down as your child wants it. Secondly, it has dual lockable front swivel wheels with suspension. Not only does this improve the smoothness of the ride but it also makes maneuverability around corners much easier.
It can be Used for Years
If you are fortunate enough, you will find one stroller that will be in full operation until your children can’t fit in it anymore. While it’s hard for me to personally guarantee this stroller will be the last one you will have to buy (due to unknown circumstances that I can’t predict), Graco built it to last. Each of the seating options (except the rear seat) can hold a child of up to 50 pounds. While the rear seat can only hold a child of up to 40 pounds. Underneath, there is a very sturdy extra-large storage basket that will hold most of your essentials for the day.
A Warning if You’re Tall
I really hope that if you are reading this and are extremely interested, you are not a tall person. If you are, then I might have some bad news for you. The handlebar that you use to push the stroller is relatively low to the ground. If you happen to be on the tall side, then you may have to crouch your back to stroll it. Trust me, (and you know this) that is something that can get annoying very quickly. Also, if you have a long stride, you may find yourself constantly hitting your feet on the bottom of the stroller. There is not a recommended height that you should be to operate this stroller, so it makes it a little difficult to determine (just know, though, that for an average person the handlebar is almost level to the waist).
My Final Thoughts
I really do believe that this is an elite stroller with terrific features. Unfortunately, the one drawback (the handlebar height) could spell doom for you. However, if you so happen to be average in height and are looking for a double stroller, then you would be foolish to pass this one up. Overall, I highly recommend it.
